Store Managers / Assistant Store Managers

Location: JB Sentrel/Miri Airport/The Spring

Responsibilities

• Contributes to Starbucks success by leading a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for the customers and partners.
• Regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store.
• Supervise and direct workforce.
• Making staff decisions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Manage store financial performance, safety and security.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residential status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.

Shift Supervisors

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor (continuously hire)

Responsibilities

• Assists the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.  
• Deploys staffs.
• Delegates tasks.
• Create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for the customers.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level.Pre-U, any field.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
