In fact, the first two guiding principles in our Mission Statement speak to our commitment to partners.
CUP Fund was started by Starbucks Coffee Company and a group of partners back in 1999 to provide financial relief to partners in emergency situations.
Last year, Starbucks Coffee Malaysia adopted this programme locally and it has since helped several partners in need.
Besides raising funds through fun and exciting activities that partners look forward to, CUP Fund Malaysia also hopes to create a passionately committed workforce along the way.
