Exchange/Return is only valid within three (3) days upon receiving the item with supporting details as below.
On any inquiry related to refunds and exchanges, customers are to provide Starbucks photos as per below for investigation purposes:
- Full photo of the inner & outer packaging (multi-angle)
- Clearer photo of front & back view of the packaging
- Complete and clear photo of the damage item
- Clearer photo of the consignment note on the packaging
- Clearer photo of the purchased receipt (if any)
*Please note that some limited-edition items may not be available for exchange, but a refund can be provided.
For exchange due to damaged or lost items, please follow the below guidelines (unless exchange may not be available):
- Customer must provide a complete photos for supporting details as above guidelines.
- The exchange will be available within the original store or nearby store.
- Starbucks Malaysia reserves the right to exchange with the same product, if available or from a similar product range.
For refunds, please follow the below guidelines (unless refund may not be available):
- Customer must provide a complete photos for supporting details as above guidelines.
- Refund is valid within 3 days upon receiving the item with supporting details as above.
- In the event refund is required, please be informed that the process will take up to maximum of 14 days to be credited from the date Starbucks receive the completed customer details (before 5pm).
